Aerial Yoga supports your traditional yoga practice. While the body is being supported students learn how to achieve proper alignment through relaxation versus effort. Also assist with proper breathing mechanics and more efficient energy flow. Challenge traditional yoga poses such as inversions, deep back bends allow the hammock to assist you with deep muscle release.

Ashtanga Yoga power flow class incorporates yoga, strength training, & cardio. This class links breath to movement & is more challenging than Vinyasa Flow.
