Aerial Yoga is our Hatha Yoga mat practice brought up into a low handing hammock. Aerial Yoga supports your traditional yoga practice. Challenge traditional yoga poses such as inversions, deep back bends allow the hammock to assist you with deep muscle release. While the body is being supported students learn how to achieve proper alignment through relaxation versus effort. Also assist with proper breathing mechanics and more efficient energy flow. Think of your hammock as just another prop!
