Sujata Kamath, yoga instructor teaches Yoga the holistic way to prevent diseases, promote positive health and create harmony and peace within the Self. Her goal is to awaken the yogi in every individual, and guide them towards inner stillness through asana, pranayama and meditation. She has done her Yoga Teacher’s Training from Swami Vivekananda University in India, a renowned Institute that focuses on healing and detoxification through Yoga, Naturopathy and Ayurveda.

As a yoga teacher, her quest is to help people to unwind, release built up stress, stretch out their tight muscles and uncover their own potential through the art and science of Yoga, pranayama and meditation.

She believes that it is only through yoga and meditation that one can align body, mind and spirit and experience peace and bliss that comes from living in the present moment. The flexibility, strength, focus, and peace that yoga brings gradually becomes a way of life.

Sujata is a fun, compassionate, and skillful teacher, with a profound understanding of the invaluable benefits that yoga can bring to one’s life. Her study of yoga has been complimented by her background in Ayurveda, natural diet and holistic health. .

She is well-versed in multiple yogic schools – Patanjali Yoga, Kaya Yoga (Anti-aging yoga), Kriya Yoga (Yoga combined with meditation), Ashtanga (structured Yoga) and Chakra rebalancing Yoga. She also specializes in Shat Kriyas (yogic internal cleansing practices).
