Aerial Yoga is our Hatha Yoga mat practice brought up into a low handing hammock. Aerial Yoga supports your traditional yoga practice.
Chair Yoga is designed for individuals who cannot stand for too long or use the mat. They will benefit from stretching, breathing and guided meditation.
Yoga for Kids improves concentration, coordination & aids attention disorders, anxiety, and depression. Class is open to children ages 3 and up.
Pilates Yoga Fusion is a fast paced, upbeat class combining elements of a Power Pilates Mat sequence with Vinyasa flow for a total body workout.
Core Yoga will fire up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences, & build up heat.
Power Vinyasa is a power flow class that connects breath to movement allowing you to move freely, increase flexibility, and get your heart rate up!
Yoga for Flexibility – a restorative practice increases range of motion & restores joint & mobility. Ideal for those suffering from leg or hip issues.

Ashtanga Yoga power flow class incorporates yoga, strength training, & cardio. This class links breath to movement & is more challenging than Vinyasa Flow.
Prenatal Yoga is designed to reduce stress & pain & discomfort during pregnancy. Breathwork & hip opening stretches will also help you prepare for birthing.
Slow Hatha Flow is a traditional Hatha practice that includes mediation, pranayama, and a series of poses (asanas). Each pose is held for a length of time.
Yoga All Levels is a flowing series that has different levels which most suits your needs. Class is open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
Yoga Alignment is designed to develop core strength, flexibility, balance & concentration. A great class for beginners or intermediate practitioners.a
